Updated and checked 19 October 2026 The Hairy Lemon is in Plaza de los Naranjos in Sotogrande Port. Its website presents it as a place for breakfast, a family meal or an evening out, with separate breakfast, main, dessert and drinks menus. This refreshed guide combines practical information from the restaurant’s website with a short account of our July 2023 owner interview. Food and menus The published main-menu overview includes international tapas and sharing plates alongside salads, pasta, burgers, pizza and British favourites such as steak-and-ale pie and beer-battered cod. That range makes it a useful option to explore when a group wants different types of food. Use the restaurant’s main-menu page and official website for its latest available menus. Confirm individual dishes, prices and dietary requirements when booking; downloadable menus may carry an earlier date. Where it is and how to book Address: Plaza de los Naranjos, Puerto Sotogrande, 11310 San Roque, Cádiz. The restaurant sits in a port square rather than directly on the beach. The official contact and reservation page provides booking details. Ask about your preferred seating, accessibility, children’s requirements and kitchen service times for the date of your visit. The story from our 2023 interview When we spoke to Lorenc and Lizzie in July 2023, they described a business they had first managed and later bought. Their aim was to create a relaxed meeting place where families could eat together and local customers would return regularly. They also spoke about developing menus together, making food in-house and building long-standing relationships with their team and suppliers. Those comments belong to the original interview; they are not a fresh confirmation of today’s ownership, staffing or sourcing. Group meals and celebrations The current website has an event-booking enquiry option. For a celebration or group meal, request a written proposal covering numbers, menu, drinks, deposit and cancellation terms rather than relying on arrangements mentioned in the older interview. Visit The Hairy Lemon website or compare nearby places in our Sotogrande Restaurant Guide.
