The Cancha II restaurant is located on the Ayala Club polo field in San Enrique de Guadiaro. To get to the restaurant you have to drive down a long track surrounded by imposing trees. The restaurant itself is located on an elevated section on the side of the Polo field.
Cancha II has a rustic but modern feel to it with the decoration mixing wood and glass. This is not a large restaurant so even on a busy night you can enjoy a pleasant meal. Given the location and type of food, this is a perfect venue for a relaxed dining experience.
The pleasant and attentive staff are positive and informative. True to their Argentinian style, the main dishes on the menu are meat. Roasted on an open fire, in full view of the diners, the atmosphere this creates is majestic. Cancha II also has an impressive selection of fine Argentinian wines. Although the specialty here is meat, they also serve fish and have some very original desserts.

Just the best meat in Sotogrande, love this place.
I ate there for the first time with friends last night. The steak was fantastic, the best I've eaten in the last few years. Great service from incredibly friendly staff, a great atmosphere and absolutely fantastic food and wine. How could I not give it five stars.
Had dinner there last night, was very packed so took a little longer than usual but all great. Do take a jumper or jacket with you if you are eating outside as it definitely cools down at 9 pm.
If you like meat, you will love this place. Have been eating here every summer for years.
